Wholesale Policies

Minimum order

Yardenit.com wholesale customers are required to place at least 4 orders of US$250 annually.

The order minimum must be US$250 before the shipping cost.

Wholesale discount

Yardenit.com offers 50% off the retail prices on all the products as they appear on our website. The discount is available only for approved and registered wholesale customers.

All products and pricing are subject to change at any time without previous notice.

Coupons

Coupon codes or special promotion deals do not apply to the wholesale orders.

Processing

Most of the orders are being processed within 2-3 working days. We will notify you if it takes longer via email.

Shipping

The shipping cost is calculated by our website during the checkout process; it depends on the total weight of your order and its shipping destination.

All wholesale orders are shipped with Israeli Express Mail Service.

Please, note: Yardenit.com is not responsible for clearing parcels at customs. The customer is responsible to pay all fees, charges, or duties applied by your country authorities.

Payment

We accept payments via credit card (AMEX, M/C, Visa, Diners) and PayPal. All the orders must be paid at the time when they are placed.

Returns and Exchanges

All Yardenit.com wholesale orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or defective items. Order Errors.

Though all our products are being thoroughly checked before shipping, it is still possible to receive a defective or damaged item. For this reason and for the reasons such as human errors, we ask you to inspect the products in your order upon receiving it. You must notify us within 14 working days since receiving your order in case anything is wrong with it. A photo of the damaged product required.
