To order an item online simply click 'Add to Cart' button.You may then continue shopping or proceed to checkout. If you are a new customer, you will fill in necessary details so that we may process your order.If you are a returning customer, you may just log in your password. Please note that ordering online is 100% safe and secure as we use 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) which encrypts data securely and this data is stored on a protected server until your credit card has been charged
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are calculated by weight and distance and displayed during the checkout process where the purchaser proceeds to payment options.
There are three ways of shipping through 'Israel Post'
1. Regular airmail (small packet) which takes between 10 -14 business days and which we are able to send up to 2 kg or 5 lbs. Please note that Israel Post does not have the facility to track items via regular airmail.
2. EMS ( Express Mail Service) which is more expensive, takes between 5 -8 business days . If the item is over 2 kg or 5 lbs then the it is the only option via air. Israel Post allows the customer to track the parcel.
3. Surface Mail/Seamail is the cheapest form of shipping.This method is an option if the article is not required immediately or is very heavy. This method takes 6 weeks plus to arrive at the destination.Israel Post does not have a tracking facility for pardels sent via surface mail.
Items in stock are typically shipped within 1-3 business days.
Yardenit.com usually has all the products in stock. However in the unlikely event of the item being out of stock, yardenit.com will notify you, within 48 hours and will ask if you wish to wait for the restocking.
RETURNS
Return Policy
Items must please be returned within 30 days of date of shipping. Kindly inform us via email of exactly what you are returning.
Please note that cosmetics and CD's and DVD's and food items must be unopened. Jewelry, books and clothing must be unused with original packaging .
Please send return via air mail only not via express or courier. Please do not declare a value but declare that it is a returned item. and please return with the original order packaging slip to
